Darwin Knight returns home to Houston attempting to regain some of the life he once had. The Knight Foundation, a program started by his late mother to help children with special needs, is in desperate need of a new location. Darwin is the perfect man for the job.
The Knight Foundation holds a special place in Kelsey Jewel’s heart. Helping in more ways than she could ask for, in assisting her daughter learning sign language and allowing Kelsey a fresh start. So, when the Foundation is in desperate need of a new location, Kelsey is willing to do all she can to offer her support.
Darwin and Kelsey spark an unexpected attraction, that neither of them have an issue exploring. But the past always has a way of rearing its ugly head and Darwin and Kelsey will both have to face it head on in order to find healing, redemption and possibly a love they both need.
