I am, quite simply, passionate about writing and self-publishing and have been for as long as I can remember!
I founded Softwood in 2017 to support the writing and publishing journeys of authors who wanted to stay in control of their manuscripts. Since then, my team and I have provided support to writers worldwide from Melbourne to Manchester, and Texas to Tokyo.
Our expertise in independent publishing continues to be recognised with recent success at the Suffolk Small Business Awards 2024, and the winning of the Prestige Awards 'Self-Publishing Specialists in London and the South East' in 2025/26.
